Our Values
What Drives Us
Qualified & Accredited
Gas Safe Registered and OFTEC registered engineers carry out all gas and oil work to current regulations. Worcester and Baxi accreditations mean manufacturer training and access to extended warranties on qualifying boilers.
Safety & Compliance
Safety is non-negotiable: correct flue checks, tightness tests, commissioning paperwork and full compliance with building regulations on every job. Paperwork is provided so landlords, solicitors and home owners have peace of mind.
Manufacturer‑backed Workmanship
We follow manufacturer guidance on installations, commissioning and servicing so new boilers perform reliably. Accredited training lets us offer extended warranties where available and maintain manufacturer support throughout a boiler’s life.
Local & Responsive
Based in Whitwood and serving Castleford, Yorkshire and the North East, BMN responds quickly to breakdowns and schedules installs with realistic lead times. Local knowledge of housing stock — from terrace to semi and modern apartments — keeps work efficient and tidy.
Clear, Practical Communication
Straightforward advice, clear fault diagnosis and written service reports mean customers know the scope of work and next steps. Quotes and timelines are realistic; follow-up care and parts sourcing are handled without jargon.
Built on Reputation
Most of our work comes through repeat customers and word of mouth. Since 2003, we've built relationships with homeowners, landlords, and letting agents across Yorkshire who come back because the job gets done properly the first time and we say what we mean.
